Letter from The HomeNet's President

September 15, 2005

Welcome!! All of us at The HomeNet are excited that you are finally able to use and enjoy the work we've been pouring our lives into for so long!

More and more people have been asking for someone to consolidate all “for sale” real estate on a large scale. We’re doing that. But we’re also taking it one step further – we’re distributing that consolidated list back out to all the contributors so they can show it on their sites, too.

Rather than get every company and agent to send us all their data so we could be the ones with all the properties and make one huge, central “cash cow” website selling additional advertising (like Realtor.com), we wanted to make this a database that EVERYONE could benefit from. Not just one company.

As wonderful and powerful as it already is, The HomeNet is still in an early stage of development. We’re really excited about a whole bunch of features and treats for you that are already being tested, but we need your help: please send us your comments and suggestions to make The HomeNet even better!

We also need property contributors. We’re working on contacting everyone with an inventory of available real estate, but if you fit in that category or know someone who does, you could help out tremendously by e-mailing us at .

One other thing... as you use HomeNet and help us perfect it, please spread the word to your friends, your neighbors, and your customers – The HomeNet is not just another way to advertise your own home(s), but is soon to be the most comprehensive directory of real estate to buy. The more people you tell about The Homenet, the faster it will be adopted by real estate companies, and consequently the more useful it will become to you!
