Listing information from your site and links to your listings could be legally acquired and compiled through spidering technologies without your participation (e.g. Ticketmaster v. Tickets.com), if that was what we were trying to accomplish. But, that's not what we're about. The HomeNet's purpose is to benefit contributors and the real estate industry as a whole, not harm or eliminate companies built around that industry.
