The HomeNet is a new technology, service, and marketing medium for real estate companies that aggregates properties from an unlimited number of VOLUNTARY contributors, and then in turn distributes that combined directory back out to the contributors. It is the online equivalent of the widely distributed "Homes" magazines.

Classifieds (in some areas), FSBO sites, builder sites, and community info/directory sites » Buyers Agents: It provides you with the most comprehensive, accurate online source of properties NOT in the MLS (foreclosures, new construction, FSBOs, etc.). Anyone could visit TheHomeNet.com or another affiliate to search The HomeNet, but as a contributor, you can include The HomeNet on your site, allowing your visitors to search ALL homes for sale on YOUR site, rather than somewhere else. NOTE: The HomeNet is NOT a lead collection / resale company. It is a distributed, searchable real estate directory. All users are sent directly to the property contributor's website, and the contributor's name and/or logo is ALWAYS displayed next to their corresponding properties. The page is basic HTML, and uses no fancy back-end technologies. The HomeNet was easily included by a novice, pasting a single line of code into the page. Users may choose from standard display templates, or completely customize to their liking. The Cost for Agents: $5/property There are no membership, setup or subscription fees. As a contributor you will be given access to include The HomeNet on your site(s).

 

Includes Only Basic Information
The HomeNet contains only the basic information needed to search for a property - such as beds, baths, price, address, etc. Detailed property info remains exclusively on your site.
